President / Senior Network Engineer
Tim Torian is the owner and president of Torian Group Inc. Tim provides network and design services to clients, and manages the company. He has a BS Degree in Computer Science, and has been working with computers since 1973 (over 45 years). He was recognized as Entrepreneur of the year for 2008 by the Tulare County EDC. He Has been Cisco CCNA and CCAI, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He has been a consultant on technology for the Central California Small Business Development Center. He has taught at College of Sequoias and Cal Poly Extension. He is active in the community, and is a member of the County Center Rotary.
Operations Manager / Senior Network Engineer
Bill is our senior network engineer and operations manager. Bill assists clients with their Servers and advanced Networking needs, and manages our monitoring and maintenance services. He oversees the technical staff and assists with complex troubleshooting when needed. He previously worked as the sole network administrator for the City of Merced, managing over 20 servers and 350 computers, including City Hall, Police, Fire, Public Works, Airport, and Waste Water Treatment facilities. He designed and implemented their city-wide wireless network. He is an experienced manager, and has managed multi-million dollar projects from conception thru implementation. He is Microsoft Certified.
Bill Cross has been a member of the team since 2003.
Senior Network Engineer
Jose Lucatero provides desktop, server, and network support. He also works with our clients to plan and implement system upgrades. He has a degree in Information Systems from Fresno State. He is A+ and Network+ Certified.

Senior Network Engineer
Eric Rodriguez provides desktop, server, and network support. He also works with our clients to plan and implement system upgrades. He studied computer information systems at College of the Sequoias and has been CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified. He is also Microsoft Certified. Eric started with us as a COS intern.
Eric Rodriguez has been a member of the team since 2012.
Annette Leon is the Purchasing Manager who also provides support to our clients. She assists our clients with parts, estimates, website adjustments and updates, computer setups, and remote user support. She has a certificate in Information Communication Technology from College of the Sequoias. She has also obtained her A+ Certification.
Annette began her internship at Torian Group and has been a member of the team since 2020.
John oversees our accounting and financial reporting. He has a BA Degree in Economics from California State University, Chico, and is a CPA. Before coming to Tulare County in 2014, he held Controller and financial management positions in several high-tech companies in the San Francisco Bay area. Previously, he was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he served as Manager of the El Salvador office during his last three years.
John Heinke has been a member of the team since 2016.
