Tim Torian, President of Torian Group Inc, was recently awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year – Creative” in 2008 by the Tulare County Economic Development Corporation. This is an award which recognizes “An Entrepreneur who has created and not imitated a new idea or product and who’s risk has resulted in market success”.

Our mission is to empower you and your business to better serve your customers.  We accomplish that mission through consulting with you to clarify your needs, establish clear goals regarding the implementation of technology and ideas, and doing the work to "make it so".

We are strictly a consulting and service company - our hardware recommendations are not biased by profit margins. You pay our cost for hardware, or we assist you with the RFP process.

We are looking for a few good relationships -
Our ideal client comes to us because their company can benefit from our specialized technological expertise. We become an extension of your business, providing and implementing new ideas and technologies which fit your mission and enhance your ability to do business.  We hope to work with you over the long term, providing the technical expertise you don't have the time or resources to develop yourself. How we work with clients...

We have the depth and breadth to meet your needs
We have been in business in Visalia for over 15 years. We provide onsite service, web and database design, network design and maintenance, training, and business process consulting. Our services...

We aim to be the best -
We have some of the best trained and educated professionals in the area, and are continually upgrading our skills.  Many of us have run our own businesses or worked in management prior to working at Torian Group, and understand business processes as well as technology. This is a bold claim, but our clients back it up:

Visalia Chamber of Commerce
"3 Words I can use to describe the Torian Group: Creative, innovative, and responsive. Working with them has been an excellent experience."
Mike Cully, CEO Visalia Chamber of Commerce

Community Services & Employment Training (C-SET)
"Torian Group has provided us with knowledgeable and professional service as we have moved into the tech age. After interviewing several potential vendors, we selected Torian Group to set up our network of approximately 40 systems from scratch. Their knowledge of both hardware & software is broad and deep, and they always are thinking a few steps beyond the immediate. I recommend them without hesitation to any organization seeking expert service in the information technology area. They are the best in the Central Valley."
Alan Cowan
Administrative Services Director

Tulare County Office of Education, Child Care:
"Our network - 125 users and growing, is connected via T1 to the internet, using Novell with NDS, and Windows Server with Exchange...
The staff is always helpful and courteous. They understand the many levels of computer knowledge and comfort and adjust to each person's comfort level. The provide understandable technical support as well as sound recommendations for future directions... We would recommend Torian Group to anyone needing network planning and support."

Tulare County Migrant Education:
"Torian Group have consistently put our best interests first, and worked to find the best solution to our needs whether it made them more money or not."

More Client testimonials

When hiring any expert, you face a dilemma. You are hiring your Lawyer, CPA, or Consultant because they have skills you don’t have. Since you don’t know their job, you can’t really tell if they know what they are doing – are they competent? Are they charging you fairly? Sometimes even after the work is done, you have to trust that the work is done correctly and at the right price. Only over time does it become obvious that you made the right choice.

To make the process easier, we try to reduce your risk:

  • We start small, by developing an evaluation plan with checkpoints - you move forward only when you are comfortable with the results.
  • We provide client testimonials and references. We can likely show you a successful project we have completed which is similar to what you need.
  • We are committed to unconditionally standing behind all the work we do.
Most of our new clients come from referrals, which is how trust starts. You may have gotten this web link from one of our clients, or someone in the industry we have worked with.
  • We have been in business in Visalia for over 15 years.
  • We encourage our staff to get certified for their skills. Training is part of the job.
