Security
We have seen an increase in the number of computers coming in with Viruses. They nearly always require a complete reinstall. Keep your Antivirus current, and your system fully patched.
 
Microsoft released 2 critical security updates on March 9th  - one for Windows movie maker, and an important one for MS Excel:

There is an unpatched flaw in IE6 and IE7.  This will not be fixed by this Month’s critical updates. Another reason to keep your browser updated. This can be exploited to gain control of the pc by visiting a web page. Enabling DEP in IE will protect you if you cannot update to IE8.
