Recent Windows updates are causing QuickBooks to crash on exit. Nothing is harmed. The fix is to uninstall the update. It seems to be related to a June 23 Windows .NET update. Depending on the version(s) of .NET you have installed it might be called kb982524, kb976576, or kb977354.
