Microsoft released 10 Security updates June 9th. I recommend installing them.

You may be offered Internet Explorer 8 as well. IE8 has compatibility issues with some web sites and software, so test it first on one PC (or at home), or contact your web site vendors to check compatibility. Uninstall all toolbars and add-ins, and then reinstall them after the update. Server 2008 SP2 (Service Pack 2) and Windows Vista SP2, supports new types of hardware and emerging hardware standards, and includes all of the updates that have been delivered since Service Pack 1.

Microsoft Office 2000 leaves extended support on July 14, 2009. There will be no more security updates. Be sure to upgrade any Office installs to at least Office 2003. Office 2003 left the Mainstream Support phase on April 14th, 2009. Only security updates will be offered.
Office 2007 Service Pack 2 includes significant improvements to Outlook performance; improved searching; Support for .PDF creation and Open Document format; and cumulative updates. A recommended install, with precautions.
