Service pack 2 for Windows 2003 server is out. This is an important update for all Windows 2003 Servers, including Small Business Server 2003. Be sure to have a full backup before updating. www.microsoft.com/technet/windowsserver/sp2.mspx

Microsoft Office 2007 – Just a reminder. The native file format is incompatible with older versions of office. If you use it to send files to others, save in the older format. An add-in is available for Office XP / 2003 to enable reading the new format.

Last month we announced that Scott Phillips, one of our Network Engineers, was leaving. We are pleased to say he decided to stay after all.
